Carolyn Crowder, 72, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Brantwood Nursing Home.

She was the daughter of the late William and Vandora Travis. She was a member of Stovall United Methodist Church and was retired from Ideal Fastener.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Stovall United Methodist Church by Rev. John Yount.

Surviving are two sons, one granddaughter, four sisters and one brother.

So sorry to hear about Carolyn. She was a very special person. Praying for all of her family and know that she is now in heaven. 
She used to live about a mile from us when she lived in the Tar River community many years ago. She was always so nice and friendly
and loved life!
